DYF Nutrition helps endurance athletes better understand and prepare their fueling: carbohydrates, hydration, sodium, and homemade recipes.
Why DYF exists
Endurance nutrition advice is often scattered. Between gels, sports drinks, scientific recommendations, real-world tips, and digestive constraints, it’s easy to get lost.
DYF exists to turn these useful benchmarks into practical tools: a calculator, guides, articles, and concrete examples. The goal isn’t to deliver «the perfect strategy», but a clear starting point to test gradually in training.
Who is behind DYF
DYF is an independent project built by two friends passionate about endurance sports.
We created DYF after a simple observation: many athletes want to manage their fueling better but face scattered advice, an overwhelming product offer, and recommendations that are sometimes hard to apply in practice.
The aim is to make nutritional benchmarks more accessible without oversimplifying them. DYF is neither a supplement brand nor a closed method: it’s a tool to help understand, prepare, and adjust your strategy.
