This policy explains what data may be processed on the site and why.
Controller and data processed
The data controller is Lucas Berenguer, 509 rue d'Anse, 69400 Villefranche-sur-Saone, France.
- Language preference stored locally in the browser (dyf-language).
- Calculator recipes and settings stored locally in the browser.
- Technical browsing data and server logs required for hosting and security.
- Data contained in emails voluntarily sent to contact@dyfnutrition.com.
Purposes and legal bases
The site currently uses no user account, newsletter, or online payment. Any advertising or audience measurement service requiring consent must remain inactive until valid consent has been collected.
- Website operation, maintenance, and security: legitimate interest.
- Remembering language and local recipes: requested feature and legitimate interest.
- Handling messages received by email: legitimate interest and, when needed, pre-contractual steps.
- Advertising cookies, Google AdSense if enabled, non-exempt audience measurement, or advertising personalization: prior consent.
Recipients, transfers, and retention
Some providers may process data outside the European Union, including in the United States, under their applicable safeguards.
Language and local recipes stay in the browser until the user deletes them.
Server logs are kept for the time necessary for security and technical operation, up to 12 months.
Emails received are kept for the time necessary to handle the request and reasonable follow-up, up to 3 years after the last exchange.
Data linked to advertising or audience measurement trackers requiring consent, if such trackers are enabled subject to prior consent, is retained for up to 13 months.

- Cloudflare for DNS, proxy, and network security.
- The email provider linked to contact@dyfnutrition.com when you send an email.
- Google AdSense or another advertising provider only if the service is enabled with valid consent.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and, where relevant, portability.
Data related to a GDPR request may be retained for up to 3 years after the request is closed, in order to document its handling.
